L. A. X. is Glenn Alexander, Dave LaRue& Steve Loecher. This uniquely powerful sound is burnin Rock - n - Roll with a Southern Rock and super charged Blues influence. It is a power trio of three world class musicians pulling together diverse influences, with vocals, musical prowess, written from the heart and played with integrity. The music is a mix of early influences such as ZZ Top, Allman Bros., Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Dixie Dregs. Each member draws on his unique palette to help ceate the L.A.X. sound. Kansas native Alexander digs down into midwestern roots and home town influences like the Jerry Hahn Brotherhood and Mike Finnigan. LaRue draws on his tenure with The Steve Morse Band and The Dixie Dregs. They toured Australia in 1996 and besides having a blast, received rave reviews.
